Praise the LORD!!!!

Oh how I just want to praise the LORD today! I just want to shout it from the mountain tops how good HIS mercy and grace is! How wonderful thou art, oh Lord of my heart! Your mercy and grace endures forever! With you, NOTHING is impossible!!!!!

Well, as you can tell, I feel WONDERFUL today! The sun is shining bright and glorious, the temperature is in the 50's, and I'm not sick anymore!!!!!!!!!! :D

I have learned the past few days, that there is nothing like suffering through the flu for 4 days, to make you thank the LORD for being able to get up out of bed everyday in good health. This past week has been a rough one for me. With an achy feeling all throughout my body, a constant cough, fever, and horrible chills, prayer, Tami flu, and ibuprofen, were the only things to help me keep my sanity this week. ;)

While I'm not 100 percent better, I do feel wonderful. I still feel tired and have a nasty cough, but as I have been reminded by loving and caring parents, I will be in a period of "recovery" for a few days yet. But that won't dampen my spirits! :D

So to help keep my spirits up, I have been reading some of my favorite Psalms on how great our GOD is. I thought I would share one with you. It comes from Psalm 107, verses 1-9.

1O give thanks unto the LORD, for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.

2Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy;

3And gathered them out of the lands, from the east, and from the west, from the north, and from the south.

4They wandered in the wilderness in a solitary way; they found no city to dwell in.

5Hungry and thirsty, their soul fainted in them.

6Then they cried unto the LORD in their trouble, and he delivered them out of their distresses.

7And he led them forth by the right way, that they might go to a city of habitation.

8Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!

9For he satisfieth the longing soul, and filleth the hungry soul with goodness.

Go ahead and read the rest of the Psalm on your own. See and be reminded how awesome and mighty our GOD is, for HE is the creator and healer of all.

Have a great day! Thanks for stopping by!
