"Mr. and Mrs." Pillow Project

I've been in a crafty mood of late.  A couple of weeks a go I decided to create some of those cute "Mr. and Mrs." pillows that you see all over Pinterest. This project took about two hours time, and was so easy!

Cutting out the fabric...

I traced the letters with a fabric marker...

Sewed and stuffed them...

And voila! The end result...

I am quite pleased with how they turned out, and how much they add to the look of the room...

What projects have you been working on lately?

Have a wonderfully blessed day everyone! Thanks for stopping by!

  1. Oh, those turned out so prettily! I like them and I like the colors you chose - they go perfectly with your bedspread. Good job! Where did you get your stencils?

Now that classes are done for the summer, I've been planning an afghan for a dear friend's graduation gift, and this weekend, I will also be working with my brother and using transfer paper to make myself a T-shirt themed on one of my favorite movies. What about you? What other crafts will you be working on this summer?

I also wanted to thank you for coming by "Captain's Log" occasionally and commenting - it's so nice to log in and see a little surprise note waiting from you! I really missed you during the months while you were away from your blog, and it's so nice to have you around again! :-)

I'm glad you guys are feeling better! I hope the weather is getting warmer there (as I sit wrapped up in a cardigan because it's 40 degrees outside ...)! :-D

    Hugs!!
